A Guide to the Mill Hill Education Group Schools

The Mill Hill Education Group is a collective of some of the best British independent and day schools, spanning from London to Kent to Thailand. Collectively all our schools are united in their aim to educate, nurture and support the whole child. Being apart of the Group allows our schools to share expertise and have greater financial stability. Across our Group we have a range of different schools from Prep-Prep to International Schools to Specialist Schools.

Grimsdell Pre-Prep, ages 3-7

Located in Mill Hill, Grimsdell educates boys and girls from the ages of 3-7. With a vision to ensure that all pupils are equipped to thrive in life, now and in the future Grimsdell prides itself in offering an exciting Creative Curriculum underpinned by academic rigor, high expectations and an embedded outdoor learning program.

Grimsdell prides itself as a warm and friendly school where kindness is at the heart of its ethos. Pupils benefit from small class sizes and an extensive range of after school clubs and activities designed to develop new interests and skills. When a child joins Grimsdell, they begin their Mill Hill Schools journey that will carry them through to age 18 and beyond.

Belmont, Mill Hill Prep, ages 7-13

Just a short walk from Grimsdell, Mill Hill Pre-Prep, Belmont is a leading co-educational prep schools for pupils aged 7-13. Located within 40 acres of school grounds, Belmont is a prep-school which embraces the feeling of ‘London in the countryside.’ At Belmont pupils have the opportunity to excel is so many areas, with an extensive Co-curricular programme.

Every child is encouraged to embrace challenges and learn from failure, as well as uphold Belmont’s values: Be kind, Be brave, Be You. Belmont equips pupils with the intellectual and social skills they need to succeed at Mill Hill and beyond.

Mill Hill School, ages 13-18

Located in North London, situated between Grimsdell, Mill Hill Pre-Prep and Belmont, Mill Hill Prep, Mill Hill is the largest and oldest of our schools. It educates girls and boys aged 13-18 as well as offering weekly and full boarding. Set within 70 acres of beautiful grounds, Mill Hill offers extensive academic, sporting and Co-curricular facilities from a swimming pool to state-of-the-art Science labs to theatres. At the core of the school’s ethos is the aim of instilling values and inspiring minds alongside academic rigor and an intricate web of student support.

Mill Hill International, ages 13-18

Offering academic programs for Boarding and Day pupils aged 13 to 18, Mill Hill International is set within 120 acres of beautiful grounds, 10 miles from Central London. Small class sizes enable personalized attention from dedicated teachers, fostering academic rigor and impressive results. With a diverse subject range, students achieve the grades needed for their next educational steps.

International pupils aged 12 to 17 can also join Mill Hill Short Courses during Spring and Summer holidays, improving their English while experiencing British education. The school’s supportive environment ensures every pupil thrives academically and personally.

Mill Hill International Thailand, ages 3-7

Keble Prep, ages 3-13

Keble Prep is a vibrant, forward-thinking co-educational independent day school for children aged 3-13 located in Winchmore Hill, North London. Kingshott, ages 3-16

Hertford Prep, ages 3-11

Hertford Prep is a leading independent nursery and prep school for boys and girls aged between 3-11, that pride themselves on being a close knit, nurturing school where every child is known.
