Antony Spencer, CEO, named on the UK’s Education Investor Power List

We’re delighted to share that our CEO, Antony Spencer, has been named on the UK’s Education Investor Power List. This is fantastic recognition of his leadership, clear strategic vision and the progress we’ve made in delivering our Group strategy.

Over the past four years, our Group has grown from 5 schools to 17 across the UK, reflecting our ambition to expand our reach and create more opportunities for our pupils. 2026 has been another landmark year, with five mergers, strengthening our presence across South-East England. These local clusters of Group schools create opportunities to work collaboratively, share expertise and, ultimately, deliver the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

Alongside our growth, we’ve continued to diversify our offering.

• In 2025, we opened our first school overseas in Thailand, marking an exciting new chapter for the Group
• This September, we opened 1729 Maths School, the UK’s first specialist maths secondary school, creating a unique and inspiring new pathway for mathematically talented students
• In January 2027, building on the success of our first dedicated SEND provision, Bligh House at Cobham Hall, we’ll open our second provision at Abbot’s Hill. This innovative ‘school within a school’ model is designed to support children with SEND in an environment where they can thrive, particularly those whose needs may not have been fully met in other settings.
