Inter‑school CrossFit Afternoon

Hertford Prep welcomed pupils from Lyonsdown and Keble Prep for an energetic and inspiring inter‑school CrossFit afternoon.

It was a brilliant chance to strengthen connections across our group of schools while giving the children the opportunity to challenge themselves in a fun, supportive environment.

From learning weightlifting techniques to picking up training tips from a Team GB athlete, the pupils threw themselves into every activity with enthusiasm.

The atmosphere was buzzing, and it was fantastic to see everyone encouraging one another and celebrating each other’s achievements.

A huge thank you to Crossfit Verulamium for hosting us so brilliantly and making the afternoon such a success.
