Our Schools as Film Locations

A surprising number of well‑known films and television series have one thing in common: they were shot on the grounds of our schools. Over the past years, several sights across our group have been featured in various films and TV shows.

Attracting both UK‑based studios and major international streaming platforms. Their distinctive settings, period architecture, and adaptable internal and external spaces have made them highly desirable backdrops for a wide range of genres.

Cobham Hall

With its extensive grounds, historic façades and distinctive interiors, Cobham Hall has been the site of various film sets and TV shows from period dramas to contemporary stories.

Cobham Hall hosts the production of Junior Bake Off on an annual basis, with its grounds providing the familiar setting for the much‑loved series. The location has also been selected for several major productions, including:

Mill Hill

Mill Hill has similarly built a strong reputation for welcoming large‑scale filmmaking. Its unique combination of grounds and buildings has attracted major cinema productions such as:

It is wonderful to see our schools featured so prominently across film and television.
