Across A Levels, pupils from Cobham Hall, Heathfield, and Mill Hill School have demonstrated remarkable academic excellence, with many going on to outstanding post-18 options.
Meanwhile, Abbot’s Hill, Cobham Hall, Heathfield, Mill Hill School and Mill Hill International have secured impressive GCSE results.

2025 has been a record-breaking year for Abbot’s Hill, with 64% of GCSE grades awarded at 7–9, up from 42% in 2024, and 21% at grade 9-well above national and local averages.
Among the outstanding individual successes were Charlotte R, who achieved an average of 8.9 and will go on to study Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Philosophy at St Albans School; Nife A, who achieved 8.8 alongside playing for Tottenham Ladies U21s and will study Maths, Computing, and Photography at the London Academy of Excellence; and India B, also averaging 8.8, who will study Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, and Biology at St George’s School Harpenden. Imogen excelled with a value-added score over 4, exceeding expectations by four grades per subject, while a further 12 students achieved value-added scores above 2.
Overall, the school achieved an impressive average value-added score of 1.34, reflecting exceptional progress across the cohort.
Cobham Hall School, Kent, is celebrating outstanding A Level and GCSE results this year. At A Level, students achieved the School’s best results to date, with 43% at A–B and 70% at A–C, while 88% secured their first-choice university, including 30% to Russell Group institutions.
GCSE results were equally impressive, with 46% of all grades at 9–6 (A*–B) and an average grade 6 (B). Several subjects, including Art, Sciences, Drama, PE and Computer Science, achieved a 100% pass rate. With 35% of the Year 11 cohort identified as having SEN, these achievements highlight Cobham Hall’s inclusive ethos and commitment to celebrating both academic success and personal progress.

Heathfield celebrated the achievements of their A Level students, whose outstanding results reflect their hard work, talent, and determination, supported by the school’s vibrant community. The majority of grades were awarded at A*–B, with over one third at A* or A, and several subjects, including Maths, Languages, and Art, achieving 100% A*–A.
At GCSE, nationally predicted grades were exceeded across the board, with students achieving on average well over a full grade higher in every subject, with more than a third of all grades awarded as 9 – 8 (A*) grades.
Headmistress, Sarah Rollings said, ‘Congratulations to all our incredible students on their outstanding results. Alongside the excellent grades, the girls truly embody our ethos - ‘small school, big opportunities’ – by contributing to all aspects of school life beyond the classroom.
At Mill Hill International, this year’s results reflect the remarkable achievements of the One-Year and Two-Year GCSE pupils, many of whom have completed their courses in just two terms and in a second language.
Across 27 subjects, pupils achieved a 9–4 (A*–C) pass rate of 91%, almost 25% higher than the national average in England. Nearly half of all results (49%) were awarded at the top levels of 9–7 (A*–A), a figure almost 40% above the national benchmark. Several subjects, including Mathematics, English Literature, Geography, Art, Physical Education and Spanish, celebrated a 100% pass rate, with Physical Education seeing every pupil achieve a grade 9–7 (A*–A).
At Mill Hill School, both A Level and GCSE results have shown continued development, illustrating the significant improvements in academic rigour and ambition of Mill Hill over the past two years.
Mill Hill A Level pupils achieved remarkable results with pupils achieving an outstanding 49% A-A* pass rate. This has secured places at prestigious universities, both in the UK and abroad, whilst others are taking to reputable apprenticeships with companies like Goldman Sachs.
Meanwhile, GCSE pupils have delivered outstanding performances, in a record-breaking year, with 75% of all grades 9-7 (the equivalent of A*/A). This was an increase of 9% compared with last year. 27% of grades secured were at the highest level of 9.
Next year promises to be just as exciting with Westbrook Hay beginning their expansion to offer GCSEs, Kingshott School seeing their first cohort of GCSE pupils take their exams, and Mill Hill International launching their new Sixth Form.
