Transforming Spaces: Summer 2025 Development Projects Across Our Group
This summer, we completed a series of projects across our schools, providing enhanced learning and recreational spaces for our pupils. This is a snippet of the works that we carried out throughout the group this summer.
Westbrook Hay – Smart Solutions, Significant Savings
Westbrook Hay had initially planned a modular construction to meet its growing needs. Since joining the group, we have successfullyfit all required facilities into existing buildings, fully supporting the school’s growth while achieving savings of approximately £1.6 million.Thanks to the dedication of staff and contractors, often working late nights, the facilities were ready for the first day of term.
Abbot’s Hill – Pre-Prep Area Complete
The Pre-Prep area at Abbots Hill has been fully upgraded. Staff report that the improvements have greatly enhanced the teaching environment, creating a welcoming experience for visiting families. These upgraded spaces will play a key role in supporting pupil recruitment.
Mill Hill International – First Year of Sixth Form
This year marks the first year of the Sixth Form at Mill Hill International, which previously only offered education up to GCSE level. The new Sixth Form Centre provides modern, purpose-built spaces that support both academic and social development, giving senior students an excellent environment for post-16 learning.
Parks Mill Hill – New Cricket Facilities
A new six-lane outdoor cricket net facility has been installed at Parks Mill Hill School. These nets enhance sport, providing excellent opportunities for pupils to develop cricket skills and enjoy competitive play.
These projects represent a major step forward in providing high-quality, fit-for-purpose facilities across our schools. We are confident that the improvements will continue to enrich the experience of pupils, staff, and families alike.
